Off to Kentucky

Tomorrow I'm leaving for Louisville, Kentucky. My work is sending me there for some training, so I'm making it a mini vacation too. I'm excited to see the Ohio river and to take in the sights of Louisville, like Churchill Downs, Louisville Slugger Museum, and much more. We are also going up to Cincinnati to see a baseball game. I love me some baseball. I'll post pictures when I get back.

My first blog...

So this is my first blog posting. Wow I'm so impressed. I actually decided to do this after reading my sis-in-laws blog and my friends. Its so fun to see whats going on in their lives.

I named my blog Taking Chances after the Celine Dion song "Taking Chances". Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE CELINE!! And I love this song. It has such a great message and its something I'm all about doing in my life. I love living life outside my box and truly experiencing all there is. Anyways that is where my blog name came from. (in case you were wondering)

I'm not sure what else to post right now, other than I'm excited about this. Its kinda like keeping an online journal for everyone to see. So maybe you will see my deepest, darkest secrets on here one day. Who am I kidding? There are no secrets.....
